D’Evil aka Dhaval Parab has come a long way right from residing in a chawl in Dadar to releasing his music with Gully Gang Entertainment and also featuring in Gully Boy. He has amazed his fans with the track 'Mumbai Darshan'.
Now the rapper has released his next track release 'Kaancheck' on Mass Appeal India Youtube channel.
According to D'Evil,"The song kaan check is about repairing the broken system. Kaan check as a slang means a slap. We will try to show a police officer slapping criminals that are supposed to be slapped for their obvious crimes. Kaancheck music video will show the policeman slapping criminals that normally get away with crime , due to loopholes in our broken system. Also will try to show the mistakes we make as citizens and humans that we deserve a kaancheck for."
D’Evil was formerly known as Hustler and was a part of an ethnic rap group called Munky Rhymz. He grew up watching telecasts of rappers like Eminem, Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre on MTV before becoming a part of the music scene in 2009 with Kadki and Chal Bhak. In 2020 he released his collaboration (Brinks) with Elvis Brown on Mass Appeal India and the EP Shutdown.
